Love the idea, still needs major work

It'd be nice if the mobile app kept you signed in; anytime I try to update, unfollow a post, etc, it has an error and logs me out. there also seems to be an issue with pictures, they don't load. Also, there should be a difference between your team, and people you choose to add, I think having them one and the same can make it a little confusing. Otherwise, this is great! I love that I can search for users in my area, and being able to choose providers to add to the team. It's also nice to have the the options to "hug," "like," and/or "comment." An app/site like this is much needed for the epilepsy community, to help us find each other and share support, as well as experiences and knowledge. Looking forward to future updates!

This app is great and I enjoy using it but it could use a little more programming and software work. They need to try a gofund me or something like that to get help maybe.

I tried to join three times and each time an “error” message thwarted me from continuing to take advantage of a great idea, creating a social space for people that actually understand each other. Disappointed.

I’m assuming the creators have abandoned this app, since an update hasn’t been released in about 2 years. I genuinely thought this app would be helpful, because when I’m dealing with my seizures, it helps to talk to people who ACTUALLY understand what I’m dealing with. If the creators ever update the app, I hope they take suggestions in mind. The app is very rudimentary. It should have a search function, so you can search people with the same type of epilepsy- as there are vastly different types. The app is almost like they released a beta test version and then never looked back lol

Every time I would make an account it would get deleted and I would try and make a new one and it kept giving me an error and wouldn’t let me use my email that I had previously used I kept getting an error. So I would make a new email account so I could use this app again and everytime I would make a new account it would get deleted. I tried to get help and contact support and they kept telling me someone would get a hold of me and no one ever did. I was talking to other people on this app and everytime I would the account would get removed.
