I’ve tried it all. New account won’t work for me. (By email.) Won’t upload photo. Won’t go past the create account page. Stuck on “Can’t create account.”

The website is great, and for the most part, the app is too. The biggest thing missing from the app is the provider directory.

I want to use and love this app. I tried signing up through email multiple times using a couple of my email addresses registration error every time. Tried signing up using my Facebook account, says it’s missing information, even though everything is filled in. Really want to use this app, so if this gets fixed I’ll update my review and rating.

Why is this app so limited in audience? ASD varies, of course, so why are the options excluding the diagnosed? I have been recently diagnosed ASD and I want to connect with others in a similar boat.

I’ve tried several times everyday for the past week to sign in and it just says “error” after I fill out all the info to create an account. I downloaded this app and can’t even use it! Why??
Love it!! BUT I can’t stay logged in...

I’d love to use this app more as it’s wonderful to meet other parents with children with autism but it’s a pain to have to log in EVERY TIME!
A great network, but the app has issues

Most notable issue for me: it logs me out every. single. time. I leave the app. It’s so frustrating. It doesn’t matter if I check the box to remember my information or not.
