Epic FAIL in 2015-16

Registers only one out of every six lifts you ride. Why bother. Can't keep track of what you skied, can't find your friends on the mountain because their lifts aren't registering either - honestly, don't bother with this piece of junk.
Only 1 User per Email Address?!?

My son used his email address to set up an account but needed mine as verification since he's a minor. I wanted to use the app too with my Epic Pass. Nope! My email was already used for an account which means me & my daughter can't use the app either. Very annoying. We're using Ski Tracks instead & it's awesome!!

I get so tired of waiting for this app. Every page takes ages to load. More often than not I get "network errors" and can't see any of my latest data. Put some effort into making this a top notch app, Vail! It feels like you've abandoned it.
Works, for one season

Every year I get a pass and its on the same email but every year I somehow get locked out of my account and when I try to recover my password it says that I cannot. (((Just send my password to my email it would be that easy!)) It should not be this hard to link your pass and account especially with the scan feature, I literally showed you proof that I have the pass in my hand. It should be able to link no problem. I'm just extremely frustrated that this app hasn't been fixed in 3 years

Had to give it a 1, wanted to give zero. This app was so cool for the last several years, now it won't link to anything I have on file. Not my current password or season pass that has been active for several years. Could not link to snow.com, nothing. A massive technical failure. Don't release crap Vail. Everything is more expensive, so people expect better quality of service not less. Fix the bugs!
Latest update ruined it

You would think Vail with all their billions of dollars in revenue would be able to hire an IT group that would release an update until it worked. To access the latest lift info, I just watch this thing load infinitely. Completely worthless.
Great companion app for on the mountain

There's one thing that I think would make this truly great and that's if the medical alert ski patrol button would allow you to send your location directly to the ski patrol. I've encountered two fairly serious injuries on the mountains the last few times I've been out and being able to send my location via the app would've been great
