Can’t book appointments/app shuts down

Raych_ox

The app is constantly glitching and shutting down. I’m trying to make appointments and the boxes are blank. I select what I need but I can’t see it because it’s white on white. Everything was perfect before the new update. The app is useless now.

Dark Mode, iOS 13.2.2 and 13.3

For iPhone 6S using the IOS versions stated in the title, and for the 2 most recent app versions, the user input field content is invisible (white on white) making the app unusable if iOS is set to Dark Mode. Switching to Light Mode makes the fields visible again but switching back to Dark Mode makes the fields return to white on white. Please fix ASAP. Also agree strongly that having a saved profile would make the app far easier to use.

Version 1.16

Once the new version downloaded I was no longer able to book appointments. All my choices do not appear (like the background and foreground of the boxes are the same color). This version is useless to me on the iPhone.

Just updated and crashes every time

The new update won’t open—it crashes every single time!

Terrible invisible ink

New version is even worse than earlier ones. You can’t see what you type. On the other hand, humans are better than automotizing. Maybe this will help keep people with jobs scheduling appts

What’s the point of this app?!

I was under the impression that I’d be able to read my secure patient information through the Patient Portal; however the only thing I’m able to do through this app is schedule appointments

This app needs to be more user friendly

I can’t find in settings the color scheme, all the required fields are white letters in white background. Makes it difficult to make sure the data you are entering is correct. Only reason I continue to use the app is because it saves me calling the 800# and being out on hold etc.
