I've made two appointments and got the email they were received, but about a half dozen times I got a pop up error saying my session had timed out due to inactivity. Obviously it hadn't because I was using it, I just dismissed the error and kept going and it looks like it went through and worked anyway.

This could be useful for booking frequent allergy shot appointments if I weren't forced to reenter all my personal info every single session.

But it gets the job done. Whomever maintains this app, please fix the following basic issues: 1) Autofill (remember) info to preclude filling same fields every time. 2) Provide a “schedule confirmation window” at the end, delineating the details of the newly created appointment. There should be an EDIT bottom on this last screen in case a person sees what they did is wrong. Remember, the user is going through various screens and various fields to get this appointment scheduled. 3) This wishful thinking “Confirmation window” should ask to put this newly created appointment into my phone’s calendar. People need to be reminded/alerted of their newly created appointments. 4) There should be a way to go into the app and CANCEL or EDIT an existing appointment.

App needs to be fixed as pop ups stating session has expired come up every 10 seconds or so making it very difficult to work with.

It has only one simple task to schedule an appointment but doesn’t even work. It keeps saying it failed to schedule. They need a new app developer to build new app for this. Disappointed.
Can’t schedule online, what’s the point then?

The app won’t let you book appointments online. I always get a session expired link by the time I’m able to click submit. I was told that this is a known issue since last year.

Many times when I use this app, as I am entering my information, and I’m not entering it slowly or anything like that, a message comes up saying “your session will close in 60 seconds due to inactivity.” The message stays on screen about 5-10 seconds, then I hurry to fill out the rest. But almost every time the session will expire before I get to enter the last parts. I am entering information the entire time, and it still claims inactivity. This bug makes the app nearly unusable.

I have done the latest update, but it wants to update again, and again, and again, ... I have even gotten rid of the app, downloaded it, and it keeps wanting to update, and update again, and update again, and again... Does anybody test this? I'll bet the answer is "NO".
