Played this game for years wasted money on it. If you're looking for a game to take money and all of your time to be competitive then this is it. There are a lot of bugs and empire support is slow if at all. A lot of bugs.
My thoughts

It is becoming very expensive to play and compete with big money players. Very disappointed once you reach lvl 70/500 on XP points they become useless even though you keep earning them you get no credit for them and they go to waste. Buildings that you build then they become useless you can't delete or destroy takes up space and you don't need them anymore should be able to store them so you can build something else. The public order items you win and don't need you can't sell only store them that is a waste of space.

Im on a ipad mini 2 and half the stuff is off the screen witch makes the game unplayable

I am a long time player of this game. Approximately a month and a half ago, they came out with an update that deleted some equipment from players accounts. They then told players they had a very short time to notify the support line that a player was missing equipment. If you missed the deadline, they refuse to provide anything despite providing proof of the loss THAT THEY CAUSED! I recommend not ever playing any game produced by this company. There is a reason that they are called Glitch Game by those that have dealt with them.

These Good Games people toss around updates not because there are bugs but feel they are giving away too much. The updates are sloppy and not ready for launch. I have spent days waiting for the launch version for my device while my castle was under attack costing 10,000s of rubies (the exchange of the game). The game requires me to update but has no update for me

It's a good game it passes the time well. Super addictive when you get into it. I think y’all should also fix the glitches it makes my phone act up like crazy.
Why have an update message if no update available

Haven’t been able to login for two days b/c a message pops up that there is an update available but it isn’t available in my AppStore yet and it won’t let me past the message to be able to play the game. Ummm frustrating!
6 years playing this game since it went to iPad

Have a great family team but the ruby costs have made it harder to justify playing any more. GG has made enough money to cut the costs. Great interaction with players but I may say see ya later until and if you level out ruby deals. Not fair.
