Fed Up with Company's Lies
Don't DL this game. Glitches everywhere that rip you off. Company refuses to listen or even respond. Terrible customer service as they just milk this cash cow. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Move on. Find something else to occupy your time and money.

It has the potential to be a really fun game, but the idea is to nickel and dime everyone. Sometimes the only way to upgrade is with gems, which cost real money. When your troops get injured, you can only use gems on the strong troops to heal them.. which costs real money. This game is worth maybe $20 total, but it’s set up to where getting into the game will cost more like $5-$15/week to be very active at all. I really dislike that this is how most app games are done now. Regular payments are pretty much required to play a lot of them. Talk about a real kill-joy.

The game is fun and all when you get to a high level, but then GG starts giving you weak little samurai and foreign lords to attack and you can’t get any glory from it. I’m a level 70 with a good 8-10k attack troops and I’m seeing level 68 samurai with 200 troops. Work on that Good Game

When I went to download to play from another account I felt bad. The pictures have no real relation to the game. Oh, and I am one of those people who never right reviews. Probably 3 in the last 5 years. The graphics are a tad different. The game is a lot more depth and trading and attack is one way unless you decide to make it otherwise. As someone else described, they do have lots of deals to buy a Stuff and you can even subscribe to get you or your alliance perks. It certainly isn't floods of BUY BUY BUY. I could see it that way though. Be warned, if you don't have the best connection, you may have problems. I only got my device last September so it isn't that. Every 15- 30 minutes or so I get a 'lost connection' thing pop up on my screen at which point the game spends 20 or more seconds finding a server for you. This is especially annoying if you are setting up a attack or close to starving in game. The game is real time, and things can be wasted by the connection problems. EDIT: the game has gotten a little better on that. Still a problem. Overall, I love the game. Lots of strategy. I like how if you get a Alliance you can communicate in times of war, and give each other resources if you (and your armies) are facing starvation. It is 100% worth the $10 I invested, and should totally be worth if you can strategically spend it in game and catch the right deal. I would do 5 stars without the connection thing.

Many building upgrades take Rubies, which cost real money. Ditto for many injured soldiers. When software updates are released but not available in App Store, you’re locked out of game. Being locked out of your game causes troop starvation, which means you lose troops. They took away lucky pennies, which allow you to buy 2 for 1 rubies. The developers ACTUALLY said that’s why they took them away. Parents, don’t allow your kids to play this game because they’ll “nickel and dime” you so they can buy rubies. Greed has ruined a once excellent game. Developers should be ashamed of themselves.
New version isn't working for me!

The chat function and moving around in my castles are not functioning properly on my iPad. I've reloaded the game 4 times now & it's still not working. No problems on my iPhone.
