Favorite Mental Health App

I’ve been using this app for over one year now and like it for the most part. It’s the best I have found. My therapist and I were just talking today about what would make my treatment better and it is having an app that allows her to see my moods over several months and not just throughout the month; it would be awesome if that could be an option with this app.

the PERFECT app for ppl with bipolar

The app tracks relevant factors such as mood, anxiety, irritability, hours of sleep, which medications were taken. EMoods has given me so much insight and clarity, as well as keeping me on track with medications. If you have bipolar disorder, download it and try it out. It’s perfect for me

A Simple & Effective App

This app is simple and calming. I’m the type of person that needs to track things down because I’ll get lost over how many times I thought or felt something, and then trapped in a cycle of repetition. This app helps me identify what I’m feeling, the reasons for it and allows me to expand on it in the notes section. This helps me get my feelings and thoughts out of my head. I treat the notes section as if it’s a journal sometimes and it just feels good to have structured data on a disorder that feels so chaotic.

Best app!

Trying to figure out how to understand my moods/triggers and found emoods. It's not overwhelming so I'm able to fill it out every night, plus added points from the customizable version. Thank you for this app

Clean UI, very easy to use

I bought this app to track my moods. I am impressed with the UI and how easy it is to track my moods. I like the graphs the most! Also, when I have questions, the app owner responds to me in less than 24 hours! What I like to see though are the following: 1. Graphs in the generated report instead of the ugly table. 2. In the report, remove the table legends to avoid confusion. The app does not have any legend as to what a Mild, Moderate, or Severe is, but the report shows that a mild is “without significant impairment”, etc.

Awesome!

I’ve tried so many mood trackers and they were just not working. This is very is very simple and elegant. It’s not trying to make you change or any of that. I️t tracks & logs with an easy interface. I️ became a Patron (paid member) within the first few minutes after exploring the app. My only suggestion is being able to export the appealing graphs that you see within the app. I️ e-mailed Jon about I️t and he was very nice! (I’m not paid or anything. I just really love this app. I was about to give up my search for an app before finding this one)

Awesome!!

Must Have

Mr.Benko

If you are Bi-Polar this app should be mandatory. Both my Psychiatrist and my Therapist use it to analyze my meds effect and progress in therapy. It’s recording over weeks and months show progression or stagnation or even worse decline. It’s the app that I use most on my phone. Mental Health Professionals should introduce this app to all their patients. I was fortunate to come across this by chance. It was unknown to my Psychiatrist and my Therapist before I introduced them to it. Invaluable.

Excellent

I've tried a lot of mood trackers, and this one seems to understand bipolar disorder and the things that are really important to track. I also really like that there's the paid option to add your own things to track, and $.99 a month is a great price. I've tried other mood trackers that asked way too many questions, and you'd get lost in all the information, but this one focuses on what matters, like sleep, elevated mood, anxiety, etc., without overwhelming you.
