Truly the best out there

This is literally the first review I have ever written for the App Store because I love this app so much. The visual information and tracking points really help me get a good picture of what’s going on with my mental health. Love the graphs, the calendar view, and the color representation. I record my depression, anxiety, heightened mood, irritation, hours of sleep, medications taken, psychotic symptoms, and if I had talk therapy. I’ve become a patron so I can even add custom tracking points, so I’ve added how much exercise I get a day and if I’ve spent too much money, both things that either improve my mood or are a symptom of my mania. I’ve recommended this to at least ten people so far, it’s amazing.

Very Helpful

Easy to use, the graphs are fantastic. Dig the shareable interface and diary style notes section. Everyone with mood fluctuations should use this. Helps you prepare data for doc visits. Really great!!!! (Lol- can you tell I’m in a good mood today?) Seriously, even when I’m miserable I still think it’s a bomb-diggity app. Download NOW!

When I saw the title said “bipolar mood tracker” I immediately rolled my eyes because I assumed it was a misrepresentation of what the disorder is. But I was SO wrong. This app is designed for people who actually have the clinical diagnosis and it is hands down the best and easiest method of tracking my mood and communicating with my doctor. Absolute 5 star app!!!

Chart is hard to understand. Bar graphs would be better

I would like bar graphs better .

This app is wonderful! I think it’s something simple enough to do everyday and that’s why I don’t struggle with updating my moods. With that being said, since I update it everyday I can see the shifts and changes in my mood at a months glance. Mood journals are comparable to this app but unlike mood journals, this app is much less overwhelming. If you’re already diagnosed with bipolar disorder, then this app makes it overt convenient to show doctors how your moods have been throughout time.

Best I’ve Come Across

Every other mood tracker is unsuccessful at meeting my basic criteria - I can put in my own data points that translate to a graph (or yes/no, or scale - which all have visuals as well). It’s clear visuals that make a bar graph, point graph or tracked points and all of them line up based on date. You can look at last 30 days, this month or the calendar. This flexibility around adding my own data and translating it into an effective visual is great. I’m surprised this app is the only one that’s successfully done it effectively (in my mind, I’m like it shouldn’t be that hard!!). Easy and enjoyable, well designed for bipolar (still great for just depression) To customize tracking points you pay 99 cents a month, but it’s well made so I don’t mind paying it (and I’m not one to pay for apps)

Overall good app but

I wish there was a way to change medication dosages without changing every single historical instance of that. For example sometimes you go up a dose

Malachi Brinks’ App Review

This mood monitoring app is very impressive in multiple ways. This app provides you with a list of questions pertaining to your self and your mood (number of hours of sleep, level of anxiety, todays weight, and etc. This app also graphs your responses and allows you to grasp a full picture of the qualities that relate to your mood. This is very important because in my Psych 250 class we did an assignment where we had to record our mood and physical activity however, with this app it provides me with more variables that explain my mood which gives me more information to ensure that I have positive moods. This relates to my class material because it explain all of the different variables that measure or influence moods. Many of the variables explained on this app relate to the variables that were discussed in my Psych 250 classroom. These variables include anxiety levels, physical activity, hours slept, weight. And etc. This app can be very important as it can help people to understand what influences their mood and how to ensure positive moods.

Best tracking app

I have to say- this is the easiest to use tracker I have found. Being able to track symptoms instead of just “good” and “bad” has helped me immensely. The free version is good enough on its own- but the paid version is an absolute dream. It is so reasonably priced- and the custom symptoms option has helped immensely for tracking other lifestyle choices. I cannot recommend this app enough.

Wonderful App

I love this app and use it daily. However, I switched from an android phone to the iPhone, and my patron purchase didn’t follow to my new phone. I’m kind of disappointed. If that got fixed, I’d give it 5 stars for sure.
