Love Emirates
Based on the existing situation with COVID-19, Emirates should offer 100% refund of tickets sold to passengers who request refunds.
Bad Customer Service Emirates
This App will allow me to buy and Check In and when I get to the Airport all the flights are cancelled yesterday.

I received a prompt explanation from Emirates for the below snafu and give them credit for client responsiveness and will upgrade review accordingly. Unusable when there an update I was at an airport with weak internet connection and the app would not let me use unless I updated which was impossible to do in a timely manner. We should not be held hostage of an update and should have the option to use the existing version.

This app continues to give report messages left and right and requests that you “try back in a couple of minutes”. Once you wait still no success. Very frustrating

Every time I try to book, it says error FIX PLEASE ??? I really don’t want to fly with Turkish airlines ! —————- UPDATE: ISSUES HAVE BEEN RESOLVED ! I can now book my flights ?? (It was when I was attempting to book both “return” and “multi city” flights. After I select my flights it doesn’t show the total/ “passenger detail screen”, it would just crash. Forcing me to start again. Thank you for such a great app. It’s good to be back ?

Restarted my iPhone 11. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Keep getting the same error message which says that there as an error in retrieving the booking and to try again in a few minutes

Can’t use it offline when you really need it. App is massive for what it does and it’s a frustrating experience everytime I have to download it on a roaming connection. Not even considering the fact that roaming data charges add up really fast. They could really do with better engineers. It’s 2020 and their stuff is ancient.
