On 4th December, my Bank advised me about 2nd & final refund of our unused tickets ( Mumbai-Washington DC-departure 15thApril 2020 )which were booked on 24th January 2020 with a single payment for both the tickets. The first part of refund was recd on 18th August 2020. We could not utilise the tickets as the flights were cancelled by the authorities. We wonder if we are entitled to any mileage points or discounts for the unused tickets. —-Cordially, Rameshchandra Shah.

I am using Iphone 11. the app opens however when I click on the book button it tries to open but cannot go to the next step.
