I really love this game. It’s hard to stop playing. Except it frequently is unplayable. When you open it, it says it’s not available. It seems to always happen when I’m really dying to play. I also wish they didn’t repeat missions so much, or to have missions that you can’t do until you raise a couple million dollars. Game-play wise, it’s great

This game was awesome, but the whole thing crashed for everyone on 3/30/20. After many hours, it’s back on, but not working right. I was supposed to be upgraded to Headquarters number 6 while it was crashing, but now I’m stuck on 5. If I try to upgrade again, which is 1 million coins, it just crashes. So now I’m stuck on the same level, lost a millions coins, and lost the 96 hours it took to do the upgrade. It was fun, but it’s ZERO fun if you can’t improve!

I love the game but the only downside about it are 1. Many bugs 2.bad server connectivity and many times when I start the game I get a message says the server is full!! Need to upgrade your server 3.take a long time to wait for the next mission 4.money grabber Most Important thing need to work on the server because many time I can’t play it because the server is full and that’s so bad for the players

I love the game. As I saw a lot people already mention the wait for missions I’m not gonna say anymore on that. But the problem I just ran into is the game kicked me out cause a lot of other players are playing at the same time. So it kinda crashes. So who in the middle of the game I got kicked out. And this is for the first time I’ve seen a game kicke you out because of too many players.

It’s really frustrating when I go and play the game and it says, “Server Full”. How can you compete, when this happens. You can’t get online and play. You don’t know for how long it’s going to be till you play. This notice tells me that the support server can’t handle the amount of people that have download and played this game. I love this game when I can get on and it’s challenging, but as of recent the Server tells me it’s full , the streets are busy come back later. 3 stars until the server issues are resolved.

I love the game and how challenging it is. I also like the fact that we get to play with all different kinds of emergency responders. I only have two issues with this game: For one, the upgrades cost too many coins for the amount of coins you get in one mission. And with the time you have to wait for another mission to appear, it’s hard to keep up with the upgrades, especially because some missions require those upgrades so you can’t play them yet. And second, which is my main issue: the server is almost always full so I can’t play. I play lots of time management games and this has never happened to me before. Please fix this problem. All in all, I enjoy the game and I think it’s a great idea.

It is a good game with a good time passing agenda, the one thing they need to work on is their connection to their servers, if you enjoy being kicked multiple times in 5 mins then this is the game for you, but if not then I’d stick away because their servers are trash. Great game but trash server connections
