Great game but you constantly get screwed by there Customer NON-SUPPORT

Several weeks ago they did an “update” In this game every unit (water tender, police, helicopter, etc.) you get what they call stand by money when you’re not playing. My units were making between 300 to 5000 coins. When they did the “update” all of me units make 300 to 500 coins. I have written to customer service at least 8 times and got a for letter back once. They have no respect for the people who play and the people who spend money on this game. I wrote again about five minutes ago. I’m sure I won’t even get the form letter back. 3/14/2020

It’s so good I love how it’s challenging and how I can unlock new vehicles and I can even discover new places for more emergency’s although it’s takes really long for a new emergency but it’s ok because I can just pay diamonds for more emergency’s! I love this game and also you can add a future fire truck I think that would be cool I really want this game updated but I’ll still play it for the new vehicles!

This game is so cool but I don’t like the amount of money you get I mean if we are saving lives we should at least get ?? to ???bucks right...one more thing I would like to add is the pics the add looked so cool and fun right.... but when I got the actual game it did not look that much like the add... thanks ? for listing??

The game is very fun to play if and when you can play it. The server seems to crash at the most inconvenient time taking coins and other things needed to play the game. Please fix it.

This game is awesome and really entertaining, takes some patience if you are free to play though high prices for upgrades. Is there a way to effectively change your base layout ?
