World boss crashing

The game crashes daily on world boss. These activities in game give you valuable currency to purchase items. I’ve sent in a dozen tickets about the issue over the last month and their response (sent over a month later) was that I should try the game on a different phone to see if I still crash. I use an iPhone XR, they should be making sure all devices function properly. This is unacceptable customer service

There some kind of glitch in the game the game is prefect but after the update in keep crashing over and over. I know it’s not space because I have plenty.

I love how easy it is to control the way my characters move and I love the special events. I only wished that y’all can do something about the summon cause I have a lot of single summon cards but not enough multi-summon cards and I was hoping for the next update you create a way that can fuse like 10 single summon cards into 1 multi-summon card.

So I started the game a few weeks ago, and had a really rare Elune. Then, after I installed the update, all of my data and progress, plus that elune is now gone.
