Stay away this app is fraud. Placed an order 4 days ago and got no confirmation yet. Took my money already and hasn’t replied to my numerous emails and contacts through WhatsApp and instagram. I believe this is a fraudulent website. Steer away!

They only have express shipping option which is 2-3 days shipping,I placed an order the day before yesterday and the status is still pending! I will never buy from this company again

This site does not pick up the phone or answer emails. I was sent shoes two sizes too small and have been unable to get any help from the company. Hold time on phone over 30 minutes and still no answer. Emails sent two days ago still not answered.

Never get my order till now! They just stole my money and tried to contact them by the phone and email but no respond at all!! Very bad costumer service!! I dont recommend it at all.

كان من أفضل مواقع التسوّق بلا منازع بالنسبة لي، بس بعد الإعلانات والشهرة نزل مستواه كثير للأسف وغيروا طريقة التواصل من واتس اب (كانوا يردون علي خلال نص ساعه الى ساعة بالكثير) إلى الإيميل (والحين رسالتي لها حوالي الأربعة أيام بدون رد!) نأمل تحسين الخدمة والإهتمام بالعملاء - وإذا استمر على هذا المستوى الرديئ سيُترك ويَذهب جهدهم في الإعلان والنشر هباءً منثورا.
