Egnyte is user friendly and intuitive. I use it for all my document management and it is a relief to know all my docs are saved in the “cloud”. I also use Egnyte for document production. So easy to make a file and share it with opposing counsel. What a great product.

The ability to securely access, edit, share and manage files on the go is invaluable and the value for any size business is hard to beat.

I’ve been working with this App for a few months now. I love the work offline features due to internet accessibility in some of my locations. It is easy to post documents for senior leadership to review. The ability to have multiple folders and categories ensures you stay organized.

Using iOS 13.1.2 on an iPhone 11 Pro Max the Egnyte app version 7.10 is crashing immediately upon launching it. This is repeatable as it happens every time.

I once touted this app as a must have for small businesses, but it’s only current worth is to recommend it to your competitors so they spend valuable resources working with Egnyte tech support. The app and its “upgrades” have degraded significantly over the 2 yrs we’ve been customers. I’m currently traveling, I can’t get to Wi-Fi for my laptop, my app is frozen updating the file server (Egnyte side issue), and I have a client requesting information I can’t get to yet. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. I’ve spoken to tech support, they just pushed it up (or down) the chain of command. 6 hrs and no update, no response. He’ll, if it’s something I’ve done, I’ll give a glowing review, but how do I know when there is no communication. If you don’t need the mobile app, the desktop version works about 95% of the time and I can recommend it, but proceed with caution. You’ve been warned. 2 stars because of desktop.
