Easy to make appointments

I downloaded the Eden app hoping to find a service that would come to my house and complete the work easily. It was easy to arrange an appointment on the app and it provides a running total of your order so you don't have to wait until checkout to see it. Although they only service some areas at the moment, I was lucky enough to be in that area and be able to order. I'm guessing the app will notify you if your home isn't in that qualifying area. Give it a try and see if it will work for you, it definitely worked for me.

Beware!! Do not download this app or book any services thru Eden. Find a more reputable company to plow your driveway. We had a major snow storm yesterday and I decided since I was working all day Tuesday I would try them out to come plow my driveway. I booked the day before and a plow contractor accepted my request and I thought I was all set. Key word is "thought." The plowed was scheduled to come between 3-7 which was fine then around 6 I got an update that they would be there between 6-10, still fine. Right at 10pm I get a message that the plow cancelled and after texting back and forth there's nothing they can do. Well today it's bitterly cold and my driveway is a sheet of ice. Just lovely!! Not. Unless you want to waste your time energy and be filled with aggregation I would highly recommend avoiding booking with Eden at all costs.
Useless for snow removal

I downloaded this app prior to going away on vacation knowing that there was a snow storm arriving while I was away. After the storm I used the app the schedule a contractor to clear the snow from my driveway, sidewalk, front walk, and front steps. The app took a while to perform the looking up contractors function, so I let it do its thing while I went about the business of vacationing. A few hours later I received a text that Eden was cancelling the job due to no contractors being available. The text also explained that there was quite a bit of ice build up which would make plowing difficult. I started a new job with the comment that shoveling was OK to clear if plowing was not feasible. This job received no takers. I cancelled this job after finding someone through other means. I counted on this app to provide me with the service promised and was instead left in a bind. Which I certainly did not appreciate and threatened to ruin at least part of my vacation. So, at least for snow removal, this app has proven to be useless. It does not do what it promises to do. Don't count on it.

Every time I try to find a contractor it always says all contractors are busy. Seems pretty tough in the Milwaukee market to get any type of service.
