The application works as expected and the only issue I’ve had is with the reeflink connecting. This seems to be a consistent issue that is caused by many different influences. I think that the software is acceptable but the hardware in between the lights and internet is the main concern. Other than that the interface is great!

This is a great way to control your MPs and Radions via the web. The app makes it easy to program different schedules and also gives you easy access to upgrade your devices.

Programming radion lights is great since you never change the schedule afterward. But for that instant changing for showing to friends when the lights have turned off or for taking photos becomes difficult when the app isn’t connecting to the reef link. For pumps it’s well thought out. But never been updated to keep things modern.

The app worked for the first few days but is far from intuitive. After about a week the app stopped working. I can only access reeflink from a computer now. Great potential it terrible execution
APP is Ok. Areas for improvement

The app is ok but there are some Areas for improvement. I enjoy using the app when I’m doing feedings so that I am able to put my pumps in feed mode and also have the ability to show off the lighting features to friends. Only issue I find is in the connectivity problems where it isn’t always reliable and the not have the ability to do my pump programming easily from my phone or iPad.
What do I have to do to get this to work?

I have spent 10’s of thousands on my tank. The Vectra and MP40 pumps are tremendous but I can’t turn them off to feed my corals because the Reeflink never connects! It is frustrating! I wish there was a third party that offered an app. I don’t understand why Ecotech ignores the constant negative feedback from its consumers. Don’t they care about their reputation? Is it just a cash cow now that they are pushing the AI brand?
