Making me, as a medical provider, disable Remote Access and switch to this new platform is the WORST change to eClinical. This app is buggy, unintuitive, is supposed to mirror my in-office experience but does not, and, worst of all, is blocked from use when I’m traveling outside of the United States. I wish eClinical would re-enable Microsoft Remote Access while fixing this. I could not review labs or refill prescriptions while away. Absolutely useless.

The login portion of the app needs to be made compatible with the updated devices. The user should be able to login utilizing Face ID or touch ID.

Though I’m thankful you have an iPhone app, it is 5 years out of date. Please work on making this as functional as possible.

It was slapped together with multiple work-arounds. Hard to use. Not intuitive.

Worthless. It only works one time out of 20. Keeps freezing at home screen. Still not functional despite repeated help requests. Stay clear of this company. They will wreck your practice with their incompetence.

It’s VERY helpful when it works. But Schedule screen is unresponsive at critical times when I want to see my schedule. Alerts have bugs- it’s all or nothing even though Settings allow to get alert for TE, message, labs, diagnostics. Sometimes there is no alert. Refills, still don’t trust. Sometimes the refill never goes through and patient is left waiting at pharmacy. Charge capture, tried feature- not time saving. So overall it could be 4star when everything works properly but it’s 2-3 star since not dependable. Also can’t log CCM time in app which would be helpful and revenue enhancing when trying to response to patient messages or doing refills. Also when I receive a staff message, I can’t tell who it’s from. And when staff send refill TE, it doesn’t tell me which drug to refill since they do it on desktop and select the drug to refill. The actual message just say send refill (so it’s a broken link) for anyone who understands what I mean. But again, when it works it’s a great app and I don’t mind paying for it monthly. So down load it, use it it’s Helpful - no need to avoid till it’s better despite my complaints. It overall is worth having. - Dr. S

Pretty helpful for viewing schedule, encounters and some labs, long labs like drug screens don’t display well and I’d say about half the time the app won’t even load the schedule. The photo function is great though!

Can’t see scanned documents, which is half the records. Makes this useless.
