Okay, not great

Kklove02

It is very slow and has limited capabilities. You cannot trust that a prescription will be sent to the pharmacy. Not all of the data is up to date.

Works well but needs some more features

busterbluth1

The app works well. Easy access to schedule and patients chart. One key feature missing is being able to use Face ID and or Touch ID to unlock. This would save so much time. Please add these features.

eCW - good for quick review

Robsilvermd

I find the mobile version of eCW is good to access daily schedules and review information from office or phone encounters. Rx function does not seem to work and after one med failure I do not have confidence in this piece. Overall, it is a good app.

Better than nothing

LE6

but barely. Very slow, very limited functionality. Good to check your schedule, but not much else. Sending a prescription is very glitchy and often doesn’t Work

App freezes

KenRMedIa

Frequently freezes just reloaded it and it freezes or doesn’t sync with my server so no appointments are shown. This may reflect incompatibility with eclinical version 11.

Billing App is Inferior to Other Programs

chrisgisler

I have used multiple billing apps to electronically submit charges. This app has many glaring deficiencies. Lists cannot be easily shared among provider groups. There is no option to alert my staff to schedule hospital follow-up. Top ICD 10 codes are not automatically remembered. Interface is slow and clunky. DocTalk or Acumen’s billing app are far superior.

Does not support larger screens

Vishwas Vanar

This is 2019 and the app still does not support larger screens such as iPhone X or later. There is no support for biometric security including Touch ID or face ID which is unacceptable. It gets tiresome very quickly especially when you have to type in the passcode every five minutes or when you try to switch between apps Update March 11, 2019: the app keeps getting worse. Touch screen keeps on freezing while using the app. Sometimes the app does not respond at all. Worst mistake my office ever made switching to this company and their horrible software. Their in office and online support is horrible. Avoid ECW like the plague.

Rx function needs improvement

Thebestjerry

Great app, would give it 5 stars but the main thing I like to use it for is sending prescriptions and it doesn’t have all the same pharmacies as it does on the PC, and poor ways to look them up. Otherwise it’s very useful to look up weights, visits, etc

Good and bad

Brooklynbelle25

I agree with a previous reviewer that I can’t always open a chart. Sometimes it requires closing the program a few times. That being said, the transcription is on point and Integrates well into the web chart.

Dictation now stinks

platow45

There must have been an update overnight because yesterday the dictation was working perfectly as usual and as of this morning it is horrible! Missed/omitted words and significant incorrect words that require more work to correct. No longer worth using now. This update has totally ruined the accuracy of the dictation. What a major disappointment.
