You always have to call for a token!! Take me back to the pds app

It takes an hour to generate a token is very bad .is same has driving to a vendor with a cue ,what if is late and my power goes off we all make mistakes I can forget things... I still have to be in darkness till I get the token and honestly is more than an hour 3-6 hours and that’s messed up star one

This app is just a waste of time.. aside recharging which takes days to reflect, it very useless because it doesn’t even sold basic errors on the meter.. you’d have to go all the way to the office to get assistant on the very basic issues Example there’s this common error that pops up and doesn’t allow top up from the app or vendor.. to get that fixed you’ll have to go to the office and mention your meter number to them and that’s all Why can’t we just do that on the app or even call? Do we have to go to the office all the time? I’d advise you don’t download this app cuz you’ll still end up at the office for the same things the app is supposed to take care of
