It says my meter number is not supported, my meter is bxc. What is that supposed to mean???

I have been trying to use this app to buy light for 2 days now and after filling everything and clicking on submit it just rotate and rotate but nothing happens. Try fixing all the error and bugs in the app. If they are solved and works well it will be a nice way to buy light at home.

Please the app dose not support electro cash meters, please you guys should try to do something about it if possible it should accept all meters thanks you.

It doesn’t recognize my meter and you keep on telling the whole Ghana they can buy and buy light on the app ?? What a joke country .
