I cannot open Eaze on my phone for some reason. It crashes every time I try to open it. Perhaps this is a beta program issue? If so you guys already know about it, but you’ve not updated in 4 months?

I would leave a legitimate review but the app will not open for me. I have a. iPhone XR totally up to date. I tried to reinstall the app as well but nothing happens

I’m amazed there are any positive reviews at all. I’ve heard from friends for years that Eaze is just the worst. Non-responsive, over priced, dishonest and seriously bad at delivering cannabis products. It took no less than 4 hours to get a delivery. You won’t get any help from customer support because there is none. F*ck this company.

I hate all the text I get when all I wanna do is look at what product you have. I tried to block notifications but I can’t stop the texts so I deleted the app.

I contacted customer service about this and they sent me boiler plate responses, basically blamed me for the problem. Was about to reinstall my entire iOS when I saw the reviews. Uh, maybe fix this problem where people cannot even use your app? Unfortunately, it’s 2019 and with hundreds of millions of dollars in VC money, all the billboards in Cali and you still can’t make an app that opens? I won’t be around to find out when they update this app.

I have used this Eaze app and online twice each and EVERY time, my order takes three times longer than promised and I cancel so who knows how long it would have taken after that. I have never even had the chance to try any of their products and give them a proper rating. Seriously I wouldn’t mind if my order took two hours or three, just don’t send me texts saying it’s on it’s way and will be there shortly. Just be real. I do have a life that doesn’t involve waiting 4 or more hours for some flower
