Doesn’t work and horrible customer service

Pass on this service. Eaze couldn’t apply a promo code without me writing into support and was sold out of things such as rolling paper and other basic accessories. The driver then showed up 40 minutes later and said they didn’t have my order and I need to cancel and reach out to customer service- who asked me to verify myself three times and didn’t provide any resolution.
To many defective products sold to me

Used eaze off and on for over 4 years. But I had to many problems with the products they sell. Many Wax cartridges that were only half full. Products delivered with the wax leaked out of it. And cartridges that just didn't work. At first eaze refund the product. Which made up for the money I spent but not for the consistent inconvenience i experienced. My last order was defective again and this time eaze Support refused to help. And told me next time I need to have to driver wait till I inspect my order before accepting. We all know how delivery drivers love that. So after 4 years of using this service I would suggest to stay away from eaze. It's over priced and delivery is between 40-120 min most times

I have literally never been able to open this app? It instantly crashes every time tried delete and reload. Still nothing. FIX YOUR APP!!!

Waited 3.5 hrs for a fuccn simple delivery how fuccn stupid do you have to be to not able to get the simple logistics down...20 credit ain’t ahit...back to weedmaps I go...

Coming from a tech founder.. - downloaded app - logged into my account. There’s no option to search/buy products. I don’t want to use your app to read articles. How is this experience so bad??

Terrible delivery tracking

The delivery estimate before you order is way off, I’ll get a text saying one time estimate meanwhile the website is showing me a completely different estimate. It’ll say order is being delivered for 10 minutes, I feel like they’re just making it all up. Otherwise no complaints but it’s really inconvenient having no idea when to expect your driver.
