Best I have Found

Bbcregular

This is the best meal planning app I have found. There is a large learning curve in using the app. Filling the pantry with the foods on hand in the beginning does not guarantee that your foods will show up. Use creativity to use your foods with the goals you set. I had some waste of food in the beginning. If the grocery list says to buy 6 zucchini, look at the weeks plan to see if you will really eat that many. The same with red bell peppers. One week I was to buy 6 asparagus stalks and 1&1/2 sweet potatoes. Lol try to do that in a store. So the left over vegetables will need to be used in other ways. Overall I have been using the app for a month and lost 12 pounds. Hubby lost 13 pounds. We are achieving our health goals with this app. Well worth the annual fee.

Amazing

WeDrownInSociety

I love the app so much, but I’d like it if I could add any meals or snacks I had to the plan Incase I cheat. Besides that, the entire app is brilliant and amazingly helpful. ?

Easily something I would pay someone for

Better than that, honestly.

Like to see some additions

Decim Weaboo

While this app looks great and is an awesome way to regulate your diet, I’d like to see the addition of more diets in the future I try to eat as pescatarian as possible but there is no option for that in the app, so I’m left choosing Mediterranean and then having to adjust the apps preferences. This isn’t terrible but as pescatarian is a common diet and some people stick by it because they can’t eat pork/beef/chicken meat, it should be included. That being said if pescatarian is added the app must also be aware of mercury consumption. Of course someone should always be watching it themselves but some fish can only be eaten 5 times a month due to mercury intake so that needs to be watched.

Horrible

I canceled this useless app soon after realizing it was a waste. They still bill me every month and I have no way to cancel. Guess what I’ll have eat is the monthly charge for this app even after I canceled

So far so AMAZING

I feel like an adult, cooking my own meals. Every meal i make from Eat This Much actually comes out looking like a Tasty video. And the meals are as simple or complex as my budget allows, and as a diabetic i love that Paleo is available.

Fantastic

I love the premise of this app as well as the free features. I am not one to pay for premium services but this is one that I am considering because of the grocery list option. I think this is a great tool for tracking meals and prep.

Perfect if you have restrictions

Seraness

I have several food restrictions. Sodium for my kidneys and heart. Low cholesterol and fat for my heart and blood pressure. Carb restrictions for my type 1 diabetes. It felt impossible to keep up. This app has made It SO much easier to keep track and keep within my limits but still have really good food that isn’t super fancy but just good home cooked meals. Highly recommend.

I would give 5 stars...

salem rainicorn

and I’d pay for premium if there was an option for pescatarians. I hope that changes soon cos this is a good app, it’s just what I’ve been looking for.

Great App Except for Recipes

Pranav Madabhushi

This is a fantastic app but a lot of these recipes or meal suggestions are extremely bland and tasteless. There’s only so much Greek yogurt someone wants to eat in a week.
