Unlike some apps, Eat Sleep isn’t overflowing with features you may not need. A real, working, first-time mom helped design the app so it’s simple and easy to use. Eat Sleep tracks the information your baby’s physician cares about most without being needlessly complicated.
Eat Sleep also includes a simple note-taking feature which allows you to track special events or routines. You can also now track multiple children.
FEATURES:
Eat – Track how long your baby was breastfed and which side. You can also track the amount of formula or pumped breast milk your baby consumed.
Sleep – Simple options and no calendars to mess with. Select when your baby finished sleeping and approximately how long—the app does the rest! Intuitive menus help jog your memory and let you enter blocks of time quickly.
Diaper – Keep tabs on diaper changes and whether diapers were wet, dirty or both. This is especially important for breastfeeding moms who need to know if their baby is eating enough!
BabySync - A paid feature that allows you to back up, share, and collaborate on your child with others!

Eat Sleep is free but does contains ads. You can simply remove these ads while also supporting the makers of this app through an in-app purchase on the settings screen.

This app overall is good and completely functions for what I was looking for. I do find some things within the app cumbersome. For example, if your child has been sleeping for 15 minutes before you log it and is not up yet, you can’t really log it. You would either have to say they just fell asleep and lose that time or say that it has been 15 minutes and go back and fix it when they wake up. I also don’t like that it doesn’t predict what you will click on. For example, I exclusively bottle feed and every time I have to scroll to formula. Not a big deal I realize, but annoying nonetheless. Again it is totally functional, just wish it was a bit more user friendly.
We used this for our first one a few years ago and using it again for our 2nd one ? it’s simple to use. The only feedback I would give the app developer is if it’s possible to put the current time on the app so we don’t have to toggle back and forth and see what time it is before entering info into the app. Would also like it to automatically advance to the next day. The feedings after midnight stay on the previous day instead of the next day.
This app is perfect for what I need it for. I have so much going on that sometimes I can lose track of when baby last had a bottle. Also come in handy for newborn so that you can give the pediatrician a report of feeding averages.
Love this app, very easy way to keep track of baby’s schedule, but I completely agree with a previous post about the sleep timer, needs to be an easier way to go back and plug in when baby sleeps and I wish it was in intervals of 5 minutes instead of 15 minutes, other than that I have no complaints, it’s very helpful.
I was looking for an app that easily tracked when he ate and naps. However, you have to choose “after 8Am” and then choose the actual time. It’s nice that it’s connected to the clock on my phone, but wish it would just have one time counter that defaulted to 8 am, and then I could scroll up or down from there. Less clicks the better! This app has a lot of potential since it nice and simple compared to other apps.
I really like this app. It’s easy to use and straight forward. It isn’t for the mom who likes every detail down to the T, but to get a general (but pretty accurate) of how often baby is sleeping, feeding, and getting diapers changes. I really like it!
I’d like an option to add the time baby went to sleep/woke up without having to calculate number of hours. I don’t always have my phone on it to add “just went to sleep” right in the moment.
Wish it would show current time right in the app. I never know what time it is and have to minimize the app to check before posting an entry. Like, every. Time.
The only thing I wish this did was have a “just started nursing” option, like it has a “just started sleeping” option. That way I don’t have to remember the time I started nursing and keep track of how many minutes - the app could do that for me.
This app is so convenient to keep track of what my premie is eating and how long ago she ate. Also it’s good for keeping records for babies pediatrician.
