There’s no point in having this app. Every time a new shoe launch, the app crash, take hours to start working. How can you shop when the app crash and makes you re sign in.

Just updated to 4.3 about 6 times today and still getting told I need too update after opening the app. Deleted and redownloaded and same problem.

You constantly get booted. You press back to return to your original search it brings you back to the main page. Searches bring up nothing even if you search for something you know they have like baseball bats!?!?!? Don’t use it! I would give it a zero but then you’d never know how bad this app really is.
Non Responsive Filled w/ Errors

I swear I’ve only been able to access the app a handful of times. Constantly signing you out, sending error codes every time you click on something, and account problems whenever I try to log in. Don’t waste your time.

I returned this maroon pair of curry 7’s to be EXCHANGED and instead they sent a refund. Then I order and paid for a pair of shoes only to find out that they were out of stock, but they refunded my money right away so no problem. Then I just ordered a pair of Lebron 17 lows which they said is taking some time to “track down your item” and said they didn’t charge my card yet. I checked this morning and they most certainly did charge my card. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with a footlocker related company. If you don’t have something in stock then get better software and don’t sell it to customers. This is why I’ll never shop with Eastbay or any other footlocker related company.
