Great store, app needs work

First of all, the most annoying thing ever is that it’s constantly logging me out. Secondly the fact that the store is like an attachment inside of the app is annoying. You should be able to save your filters as well because having to put my shoe size, gender, and age group is annoying. If some of these things could be fixed it’d be a much better experience.

App is cool but tried to create an account for the last 3hrs and it won’t let me. That’s why it’s getting one star. Only reason.

Watch out - eastbay will let you order items they can’t fulfill, and you’ll get a cancellation a few days later. Eastbay and their app should manage inventory and integrate into the app such that customers are notified at time of purchase. Definitely avoid Eastbay for new release shoes that may be in high demand.

The filters are exhausting and then when looking at an item and want to go back to the search, if you hit the top back arrow, which is the most obvious, it clears all your filters and takes you to the home page.
