We purchased the subscription for the app and were going to try it out for 30 days and if we don’t like it we get our money back. We were not getting our money back as advertised by their multiple emails. When we went to end our subscription, they were unable to because they sent us emails regarding potential refunds. Also to note, multiple credit cards are ending their price protection program. Only way for us to continue using Earny is getting another credit card. Funny thing is, Earny is still encouraging our card as one of their top cards to be used. I can see how it was beneficial in the past, but credit card companies are getting smart and this app will soon be no service to anyone.
