It logs me out all the time and hasn’t tracked my purchases since January of this year. Every time I try to log in and fix it, the app just asks me to pay for the service. Why would I pay for something that’s broken all the time.

Every time I try to use the app its all logged out of my amazon account and out of the card , when I’m trying log in it says it’s done but it’s not cuz it asking to log in again , very very stupid

At first I didn’t think Earny would work but I’m getting refunds back all the time. Great app.

I had a few confusing situations and I can tell you Heather, Customer Service was so wonderful. She got back to me quickly with all the answers I needed. Areas that I felt extra confused, Heather took the time to make sure it all made sense. Although the customer service is excellent I didn’t give Earny 5stars because of the restrictions on the cards you can only use with Amazon purchases. With the other stores it doesn’t matter but with Amazon kit has to be a card that already has a price protection program. Ugh! So far I’ve not had enough savings to justify the $4.99 per month price tag with this app. That’s not Earny’s fault since it just means that prices haven’t dropped. I’m hoping that some of my items haven’t all been calculated. Again, another situation where Heather helped clarify and was going to forward the paperwork I might need. To conclude: I think this is an excellent app that works for you.
