This app is fantastic! I had a little bit of a rough start with some bugs and getting set up but the customer service is impeccable! They responded quickly and followed through with each response. And now that I'm finally set up and going it's even better! And the Lightening Pay is fabulous! This is genius and so helpful for those tight times between paydays. But be fair when choosing the fee to pay. They deserve it!

Great idea but I encountered error after error with this app. Customer service responses were slow and consisted of "just sign out and try again." I have over 52 cleared payments in my checking account (all for the same day) and it managed to miss my pay date by one day. Tiny errors that all add up to an annoying experience.

This app was a God send I'm convinced. Customer service is always very prompt with responses and very helpful. The money comes quickly and the rates aren't ridiculously high. I love that the staff cares so much for their patrons and I love how smoothly everything runs and is completed. I've used it twice already. The money came promptly and with no complications. I will continue to use this app. My only issue is that it isn't offered for salary paid workers. My significant other really wanted to use the app as well but couldn't because salary paid employees don't have time sheets. Hopefully, as time goes on, the company will be able to add the option for salary paid workers to come aboard and benefit from such an awesome idea as well. Love it otherwise and wouldn't change a thing ?
