I’ve had this for two years. I’m really happy with it. Tho I do not record with the camera. I use it to see if someone comes on my property while I’m working in my basement.

It worked great for a year until an update was done. Now it has all kinds of trouble connecting. I've reset it multiple times and reinstalled the app. The few times I finally got it to work again the video feed is black. Disappointed that it no longer works right.
Never worked the camera is an expensive paperweight

6 technicians, everything worked, camera connected, moves all around, but the viewing area has “Camera” a green light and no picture. LOL spent $75 for expert set up, and many attempts over 1 year period by many people. Bought a different cameras from a different companies they work fine. This sits on the desk with a “never buy this camera” sign. Really we have 9 cameras various companies all set up fine. This one never worked. Actually it appeared to work but what the camera sees is a mystery. Not too useful.
Good camera/hardware, but the app loses records

The camera for video and still photos is good. It’s the software that’s buggy and it frequently fails to display recorded videos. This is frustrating. Please fix.

Had no real issues but now the live feed will not work. Just keeps “loading”. The capture image is working ok but no live feed. It is connected to wifi. Not sure why this stopped working all of a sudden the other day

I actually bought two of these a couple years ago, and just set them up. The booklet instructions are a little poor, but the set up is easy once you know what to do (scan QR code on bottom of camera, or type in lower case if doing manually). You have to give it a while to reconnect to WiFi if you move it, but I am able to move the camera around, use voice/speaker, zoom, etc. and view remotely (away from home/local network), so not sure what happened with the other people. Awesome awesome awesome. HD is slick quality, it shows bandwidth being used. ????????

App works perfect once I had setup the cam as instructed by Taotronics. The app lets me pan, tilt, zoom, record, screenshot, change resolution, turn on/off night vision, etc.

The camera is great, but this app is horrible. It constantly freezes, and frequently says "login failed" and will not work. I've had to delete and reinstall it numerous times now. Would not buy this camera again just because the app is so bad.
