Great app. I'm using it with a HooToo camera, and it works perfectly. Hasn't crashed yet -- maybe they fixed the bugs the other reviewers mentioned.

The basic functions of this app work well. Easy to view the live camera feed, set up WiFi, pan/zoom works well, audio is easy to use. However some of the advanced functions are more difficult. I inserted a micro SD card for recording video. Every time I delete a snapshot or video the app crashes. When the app starts up again I find that most of the snapshots and videos are gone, not just the one I tried to delete. I had to reboot the camera to get the motion sensor settings to work. When the app crashes the settings get reverted back. Every single time you change a setting you have to click save or your changes don't take affect. There are no instructions for how to use some of the settings or what they mean. For instance I didn't know what IO Alarm meant so I had to google it. The App needs some work.

No Password Reset?

Working great until I forgot my password ("Remember Password" was checked all this time) and there is apparently no link to reset or retrieve your password. I don't even know how the password could've changed. This rating may change based on the (prompt) reply of Customer Service.

This was great until I updated to iOS 10.2 then suddenly I can't view the live feed when I'm not on the local network. It works when I'm connected to the router though. Can the developers fix this? I bought this camera so I could watch the house remotely. This kind of defeats the purpose of having the camera. I'll update the review when it starts working again.

I have iOS 10.2 and can't view my camera when I leave the house,everything works great at home when I'm connected to the router please fix this ASAP and if it works I will upgrade my star rating to 4 or 5 starts...

Inability to view video remotely

Very disappointing- the remote feed does not work on my iPhone while I am away from the home. This is the entire point of both the app and the associated video cameras I received as a gift. Please advise when the app will be fixed as this is unacceptable.

The whole point of this system and application is to be able to remotely view my home when I'm away. Unfortunately, since my iPhone upgraded to 10.2, I get, "login failed" if I'm not connected to my home wifi. That totally defeats the purpose of this entire system. Y'all need to stay up to date and fix your stuff regularly.

Missing advertised features

The photos of the app shows you can add multiple camera. The app when open is missing that feature. Doesn't seems to be an easy way to contact for support

I can keep an eye on my dog all day while I'm at work. I get notifications when she's on the move. If she's being naughty I can tell her to stop.
