Really needs an update to support the new screen resolutions of the latest iPhone.

The app doesn’t even work. Releasing something that doesn’t work is premature. Make the app work, then release it. As it stands, I can sometimes get the app to work after 20 minutes and fifteen launch attempts. I don’t have time for this as a business owner - and accepting the fact that I don’t get CRM integration on my phone is crippling as it is Maybe get new developers and build the app from scratch — one that actually works? Thanks

A recent update, which prompted newer features for our desktop version has caused this app to become dead. Can’t log in, Period. Our Tech team, which have impressive credentials, aren’t able to find Microsoft’s glitch. It’s now a useless tool for our Sales Team.

I have the latest version of the app and log in successfully to my organization but I get error messages every time I try to use the app. The app also drains my phone battery and takes for forever to load (and when it does load, it gives me error messages, so it’s completely useless). No surprise honestly, as Microsoft Dynamics is a sub-par product to begin with and dealing with their technical support team is always a horrendous experience. There’s a reason Salesforce and Sugar CRM are market leaders in CRM & Marketing Automation platforms and Microsoft isn’t...

Our company went for a lower cost alternative to Salesforce big mistake as we are still struggling with adoption after 1.5 years!!

This app has so much potential. Unfortunately it is poorly executed. Need to get some apple developers to go in and simplify the program interface to make it easy to use on the phone form factor.

Please fix your recent update all I get is the welcome screen and also fix your Microsoft Outlook app update because it’s not updating emails. Still seeing emails from 4/9 not syncing.

Ok, so I downloaded the app and logged in....only to find the message “I don’t have any apps yet”. Ok....call me confused. The drop down menu gives no options to take actions. I am at a quick dead end.
