When I type a review the letters don’t appear on the screen. Just a test image to this app.
Dynamics 365 is awful

It’s slow, requires multiple steps to access the most basic of information, and it’s tedious. For example, logging in takes 3 steps, then to access a newly assigned lead/appointment it requires scrolling through multiple screens to get simple information such as the address or phone number of the lead. Mobile core was so much more useful and simple to access and get the information needed to run leads, disposition them, reschedule them and contact them. 365 has glitches, is slow and simply takes more time/steps to accomplish tasks.
Great product overall

I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how well the app works. Most apps like this have a high number of faults and I can’t find many here. The only thing I’d mention is - the report for opening up the option the save or print a Quote doesn’t work for me. I’m open to suggestions for making it work. Otherwise - if this is a known shortcoming - I’d appreciation a resolution soon.

Has to be the worst app ever made. Shocking a company as big as Microsoft would put out a product like this.
