I clicked on the bottom where it says "tap here to get started" and I tap on it and it does NOTHING!!! Multiple times I tap it and it just does nothing so I deleted the app. Pointless if you ask me!

Everyone is saying it doesn't work on their phone but in order for it to work on your phone you have to access it at least 1 time on the computer through your course before it lets you login on the app. It states that in the description part of the app!
Can't log in

App won't let me sign in, it says there's an error with my username/ password...but I just logged into my computer with same info. Wish app would work so I could get work done whenever I want. It's not convenient to carry laptop everywhere. I wish Pearson would see the bad reviews and update the app

Does not allow log in- I have already accessed through computer. It is better to use the browser on your phone instead of this app
Some questions cannot be answered on iPhone!

For some reason, whenever there is a larger picture or diagram- I am unable to answer the questions as it doesn't let me scroll down lower to get to the actual answer part. This is only an issue on my iPhone, I can only continue with each section after answering the question on my tablet. Please fix! Otherwise it's a great app

It's okay but you can only use it to read which is like 1/9 of the features you can use online.

So some of you are saying so long as you have logged in once on the computer you can log in on the app!! I have logged in more than once in my computer and on my mobile phone and this app doesn't work. It keeps stating that my log in info is incorrect, this is simply not true!! This needs to be fixed as it a great tool to have access to at all times on our phones!! Please fix asap!!!

Have logged into computer hundreds of times I dental password and username and it will not let me sign in what so ever keeps saying incorrect..

Downloaded this app to use Mastering Microbiology but it won't even let me login! I have logged in on my computer without issues and thought it would be a great tool to use during times I don't have my computer on me but apparently that will not be the case as this app is faulty. So disappointed.
Make it compatible for iPad PRO!!!!!
