They use data and analytics that personalize content to target your particular strengths and weaknesses. And, because we know you’re always on the go, Dynamic Study Modules can be accessed from any computer, tablet, or smartphone!
To use the Dynamic Study Modules app, you must first enroll in a Pearson MyLab or Mastering course and access the Dynamic Study Modules from within that course on your computer.
How Dynamic Study Modules work:
1. Dynamic Study Modules present study questions, delivered in groups of 6-8 questions for short bursts of learning to keep reduce fatigue Even though you might not have studied the material yet, recent scientific findings demonstrate that the process of asking and answering questions first actually triggers the brain to learn faster.
2. You are asked to indicate how confident you are in your answer with our unique answer format.
3. Each question provides real-time feedback without immediately disclosing the correct answer, heightening your curiosity and concentration and increasing the production of long-term memory.
4. At the end of the question set, information that you need to review or further study is broken into the individual concepts or ideas associated with each question.
5. You’ll cycle through this adaptive process of test-learn-retest until you achieve mastery of the material-- personalized learning tailored to your individual needs. You can learn at your own pace as the Dynamic Study Modules adapts to your knowledge base.
6. Once modules are complete, you then have the option to go back and review your answers or refresh your knowledge by clicking the review button. Students who do refreshers show significant gains in knowledge retention and can recall concepts more confidently at test time.

INSTRUCTOR MUST ALLOW ACCESS

I am taking BIO and ENV SCI and paid a million dollars for a code to get access to "mastering" assignments my instructor requests I do. According to the Pearson lady I just spoke with, the reason I cannot log into this app is because my teacher did not "allow access" when he set up his course and THIS APP IS NOT FOR THE MASTERING ASSIGNMENTS I HAVE TO TURN IN FOR A GRADE but, is something completely different. According to her, it is a pointless additional study guide for certain courses that your teacher has to manually allow access to. THIS APP WILL NOT MAKE IT EASY TO DO COURSE WORK ON YOUR PHONE, It is apparently just random extra study material for random courses that our professors have to be aware of and manually allow access to when they are setting up their coursework with Pearson. The fact I had to spend 2 hours to find this out myself instead of Pearson just stating it in the description is rediculous. The fact this wealthy monopolized company doesn't have an app that I can do my coursework easily on my phone is rediculous. The fact I had to fill out a questionnaire on the Pearson website about my issue before they would give me a contact number to call, just so I could talk to someone I could barely understand and her, I....just to have her repeat information to me over and over again every time I ask a new question as if I didn't get it the first time she said it, while still not answering any of my new questions is also rediculous. So 1 star for sure... Reading the other reviews contradicts this and I think she's clueless. I think this is for the assignments and I like everyone else just can't log in. HERES AN IDEA PEARSON, DONT MAKE ACCESS TO THE APP COURSE OPTIONAL AND UP TO TEACHERS WHO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT BUTTON EVEN MEANS. SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME PEARSON- Monopolizing education in the worst way possible. ??

This app does nothing it advertises. After battling to log in, none of my courses were there. Very frustrating, I would love to study and do homework on the go.
App is fundamentally broken

Unfortunately the app simply doesn’t work. I have no issues logging on to MyMathLab/ Mastering via the Pearson website using Safari, the Chrome app, or my PC, but the app will not allow me to log in. To any students trying to use this for a class, you will have to use Safari, and deal with some of the issues you encounter there. I hope one day they release a functional version of this app.

This pathetic excuse of an app is a waste of data and will NOT update your content despite you having paid excessive amounts for access to its courses. Such a sham of a learning company and you’ll have to stick to desktop or laptop until they get their act together.

I put in the wrong password (my bad) but the screen it took to me to give me options for resetting it or contacting customer service didn’t have a back button or a way to get back to the log in screen so I had to delete it and reinstall it once I changed my password on my computer. Fine. Great. But when I finally got in, it had my old chemistry book in there and nothing else! I was sent to the app in the first place by the “other resources” tab in my Spanish class, not much of an additional resource if the only thing there is a book from a class I’m not even in anymore. There isn’t a search feature or some other way to find my Spanish class, it’s just the chemistry textbook. And what good is that anyway? That book was the least useful thing in passing Chemistry in the first place. Reading the dang thing on my phone certainly wouldn’t have been useful either. Thanks for nothing, Pearson. For how much your textbooks are you’d think you could come up with a halfway decent app.

This program works on a computer, but it doesn’t on the app. Nay, you cannot even log in regardless if you have your correct log in information! It’s almost been a year since you updated - do something about this app! It defeats the whole purpose of “practicing NCLEX anytime and anywhere”!

I've checked my username and password, reset the password several times, I KNOW I'm putting in the correct information yet it still tells me that I'm wrong even though I've logged into the website. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.
