Love it when it works, but paralyzing and unable to fix it when it is bad

My biggest issue is occasionally when I am in a topic, the 'back' button to return for a new search disappears, so I am completely unable to change topics. This ruins the app and it is unusable to look up "PVD" when I am stuck on "neck mass" Doesn't fix when I close and restart the app, or even if I delete and re-download.
Good app, but it have some bugs..

When searching for Depakene, it takes you to a Valproate page, and it wont let you go back to the main menu (no back button)... I quit the app, reset the phone, but now it opens on the Valproate page.. please fix. Pleaaaasee update UI..
