Dwell Gives Access to God’s Word Anywhere

I love that I can listen to God’s Word no matter where I am. I switch from listening to plans to just listening to books of the Bible. I wasn’t sure it was worth the money at the beginning, but I totally see it’s worth now.

App kept crashing and freezing. Just using iOS 14 and trying to create a playlist. Had to constantly force close app.

Such a great way to start my day by listening to the word. What I like most is being about to read along. It can be a little glitchy keeping up with the text but overall great app. I like being able to save favorites and being able to look up specific things to learn in the Bible and seeing all the verses about it. For example, fear, faith, and hope.

Beautifully read Scriptures

I’ve been using the Dwell app now for two years; everyone who reads the Scriptures on this app seems to read with such a passion and deep love for God’s word. It transfers over to me in my heart, when I’m rushing around, getting ready in the morning or driving my car or taking my dogs on a walk. The app has a few glitches; if you don’t finish a particular reading on a day sometimes when you go back to listen the next day, it returns you to the beginning; but not anything I would disrupt my service for. I encourage you to try Dwell; it has helped sustain my spiritual life in this trying season.

Wasn’t disclosed until after download that it’s $40 per year after the first week. Disappointing.

This app has been a game changer for me. Worth every penny of my subscription. I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am to the developers for this. One wish: I wish that each version had a female narrator option. There are a few female narrators but the choices are slim.

I use this app constantly. I give it as gifts around the holiday. It soothes me like nothing else. I put it in when I can’t sleep. I listen to the Bible as I get ready in the morning. Highly, highly recommend.
