Just cancelled my account and deleted the app after 10 years. It was nice working with you DVD. Take care and shine on.

App was working fine... until it wasn’t. Randomly logged me out and would not take my password. So I reset my password. It would not take my new password. My new password works on my computer, on the streaming Netflix (iPad) app and on my phone; but the dvd app will not accept my email or password. Bye Bye app.

Glitch for Queue Re-sorting

I use this app to order DVDs but recently I cannot move movie choices in my queue up or down.

I appreciate being able to do selections on an IPad but that's where my appreciation ends. I am sick of this childish maze of pictures under categories that take way too much time to look through. Give us back lists with real sorting features with links to descriptions and trailers. I never use anything of Netflix's GUI's to look for content. NEVER! Of course everyone is doing this so I don't use their GUI's either. These picture GUI's are the most inefficient way to find content. With some services having over a thousand shows in their catalog it's impossible to use this method. The only thing I can think of that made them change to this is that it's cheaper and easier to hire foreigners who don't handle English well. Because of this I will never know about content that I might like, or try, because I am highly unlikely to find it. That means I don't feel the need to keep any service continuously because I don't see the value in it. Unless someone has nothing better to do than scroll through endless pictures ... this fails to engage the customer.

Reordering the Que

I appear to have lost the ability to reorder the DVDs in my que. When I select edit it only gives the ability to delete. Help!!

Great with minor details needed

It’s time to update the name to something more current. 4K and Blu-ray Discs are here! 4K UHD discs should be an option it’s time, just like when Blu-ray came. There’s a huge market with kids and 4K players on gaming consoles being completely forgot. Help and reporting disc problem needs to be available on the app.

Search stopped working

This app is usually fine, but suddenly today the search function stopped working. Everything I type in under any category gives me, “your search did not return any results.” I can’t find anyone to contact to report the issue to either, so I’m posting this here. Please fix!

Cutting off!

Hello, Netflix Every time I press your app. It doesn’t load up. Cuts off. Doesn’t load up on my iPhone XS Max screen. That means I can’t access your app. For DVD’s. So please fix the bugs that is preventing me from accessing your app. Every time I press Netflix DVD app. Cuts off. All the time. The when I do get through the window of the app. I can’t use your app. It is freezes.

The browser version is much better. The app does not allow you to report a missing or damaged disk, and when you try to use a browser to access dvd.com, it switches you back to the app automatically. I hate it when apps force you to use them without giving you the choice to continue with the browser. At least dvd.com doesn’t force you into the App Store to download the app the way Pinterest does.

No more queue reordering?

I can no longer change the order of queued dvds. The edit button only permits deletes. What’s up with losing basic functionality like this?
