Poorly designed queue
WattFamily

If you have a lot of movies in your queue, you have to scroll down many times to get to the latest additions. Then, when you touch a movie so you can read the details, it changes to a new screen. Then when you touch the back arrow, it returns you NOT to the movie you just read about, but back to the top. So, you have to swipe down again and again to get back to the bottom of your list. Suggestions for your next update: 1. When you are in the queue and touch on a title to get details, then go back, return to the exact same spot in the queue, so you can then move the movie up to the top of the list (or continue looking at the movies in that area of your queue). 2. Have a link at the top to take you directly to the bottom of your queue. Because when a saved movie gets added to your list, it always goes to the bottom of the queue. That’s where I generally go to decide what to put up to the top of my list.

Bad Billing Practice
rka1010

Don’t ever upgrade your account with these people. They will screw with your finances. You’re better off just cancelling and starting over again. Not to mention their customer support is only open to 5 pm and isn’t even listed on their website.

Brilliant app
Pacati

Sometimes it launches without crashing. Those rare, impressive moments renew my faith in society.

No me deja acceder
Curvo Gomoso

Bajé la aplicación, escribo el email y password, me dice que uno de los dos está mal. Pero, es que es el mismo email y password de Netflix.

Does not indicate if you have previously rented the movie
NoOne1

After being a member of Netflix for many years having rented 100’s of movies, not being able to determine if I have already rented this movie makes this app completely useless for me.

Netflix DVD App some finer points
jrbrt

Granted the app makes managing my account easier especially when away from the house but there are a few things programmers need to address...my preference is always Blu-ray but DVD seems to be the app default. Adding yet to be released titles gives no option for Blu-ray at all. Other points...toggling to Blu-ray does not reveal the discs proper audio. As much as 5.1 can be a format supported by Blu-ray it is generally Dolby True HD or DTS Master Audio. And also listing picture format as 1:85 anamorphic is incorrect. 2:35 can be anamorphic or flat. These bad references need to be cleaned up

Crashes on Opening
tx6607

I don’t even know what this app does because it crashes before ever opening ... every single time! I deleted it, then re-downloaded with the same experience. Pfffffft!

Please provide a “you have rented this before” alert!
MAK queue man

Netflix is or should be aware that long-term and thus loyal subscribers occasionally and mistakenly rents a DVD they have seen before, often many years earlier. The current App does not provide a user-friendly method to search the entire subscriber’s history. This lack of functionality is perceived, rightly or wrongly, by the Netflix community as deliberate. Ideally, each time you add a DVD to your queue there should be an alert that you have rented it before and to verify you are intentionally wanting to rent it again. In lieu of that feature, a significantly more user-friendly search of a subscriber’s entire viewing history should be added to the app’s functionality.

Unified watch list please
nanoTubeGator

I have both streaming and dvd plan and each of them has a separate movie list. Please consider unify them as one, and allowing me to set only send me movies discs that are not available on streaming plan.

Buggy
