Please READ the non-fake reviews. They all say the same thing! The fake ones are all the same. I didn’t until after the fact and my experience matches the negative ones! The app is super buggy, it is super hard to track anything given the weight and times are not able to adjust to metric or US time zones. There is no shopping list, no food tracker that ACTUALLY keeps you on track and accountable throughout the day, no detail re: how the plan actually works after active phase. My advice: Take pointers from MyFitnessPal and build from there. Bad app, which led me not to purchase the $150 program online. Glad I took the app run first as it is not American friendly. I’ve heard great things about the diet, but all from French friends. Do MyFitnessPal and correct your macros in there.

I MUST SAY THIS DIET IS AMAZING I STARTED WITH 205 weight came down to 176 and then took some time stopped and now i am restarting it over again my goal is to get to 131 I will update how it goes. Recommend to every one if you dont cheat this is most effective diet i ve done in my life and i have done more than 50 ?? so go for it

I really wanted to love this app but after using it for a week I can say that it is so buggy! I have sent every issue to tech support but they never respond. This app constantly changes the weight I input for the day and when I change it back, completely close the app, and then re-enter the app it has changed it back to the wrong number. Also, the app can not do simple math, it does not display the correct amount of weight lost. VERY BUGGY!!☹️ Reply to developer's response: Sending me a reply 3 days after numerous emails only bc this review got your attention. Also, asking what time zone I'm in is not resolving the BUGGY issues in this app. Nothing was even addressed during the 7 day free trial (which is really 6 days bc you are required to cancel one day prior, or is that 5 days prior since you actually charged me a day prior to the one your app said my subscription was starting on? I also paid for a month to use this POOR APP!! Most of the reviews here are FAKE REVIEWS and many do NOT review they app they review the diet plan. Dukan Diet works but this app does NOT work and you don’t need this app to do the Dukan Diet!
