REEEEEAAAAALLLLY wanted to like it – Dukan Diet - official app Review

Please READ the non-fake reviews. They all say the same thing! The fake ones are all the same. I didn’t until after the fact and my experience matches the negative ones! The app is super buggy, it is super hard to track anything given the weight and times are not able to adjust to metric or US time zones. There is no shopping list, no food tracker that ACTUALLY keeps you on track and accountable throughout the day, no detail re: how the plan actually works after active phase. My advice: Take pointers from MyFitnessPal and build from there. Bad app, which led me not to purchase the $150 program online. Glad I took the app run first as it is not American friendly. I’ve heard great things about the diet, but all from French friends. Do MyFitnessPal and correct your macros in there.
