I have Rosetta Stone, this is the app experience that actually helps

Rosetta makes it to where you are ignorant to the answer and it is frustrating as you think as you are going through, “how on earth am I supposed to know that”? Somehow drops teaches you words progressively so that you feel like you aren’t stuck and are making real progress. You learn quickly and have the feeling of “I should have known that” when you get it wrong. All because drops progresses you through the vocabulary intelligently. Rosetta is such a frustrating experience for me, this is truly fun to learn Hebrew in drops.

So far great as long as it doesn’t charge later. it’s hard to get free material for this language. otherwise easy interface and learning method.

Billing headache

gsmith119

Bought a premium subscription and was excited to jump in, only problem was it didn’t work. Checked Drops help section, worked through recommended troubleshooting and contacted the merchant of record as well as Drops, hearing back from nobody other than automated email. I grew concerned when there was a faq page dedicated to subscription issues and even more so when checking the MOR’s Facebook page finding several other unresolved cases, meaning that it’s a long known and unresolved issue that they don’t mention ahead of time and ignore afterward. Though the app is unique and learning creative, the subscription and lack of customer service from either platform has been a real headache! Which is pretty ironic really, I mean a company that excels at language, yet fails at communicating.
