Directions are not clear and unable to change to free version. Attempted on app and through App Store (iPhone). Otherwise love the app Please fix this so it’s easier (one button click) or something.

Great app - but would love to see lower subscription tiers.

I don’t want to dock the app a star because of this, as the flaw isn’t with the app (which is pretty much a flawless experience), but I would love a lower tier subscription. A smaller storage package would be perfect for me, and I’m not looking to spend $12/mo when really I only need a few more gigabytes of storage. I’d love something competitive with iCloud's prices: 50GB: $0.99 200GB: $2.99

Help

Settings go in circles and instruction say go in general to disable accounts, but there is no general under settings. The help setting only accepts predetermined question, so it will not address my concern. I feel like I’m being kept captive.

Awful UI

@Sigil

UI is awful. The app is not user-friendly and this is a pattern. If you have the desktop app, you know what I mean.

Meh

Since I’ve signed up, the app & site have been useless. Won’t log me in, I reset password, still won’t log me in. Over and over and over.

10 year customer and the interface is still extremely lacking

Asayers

Very subpar interface. Search option is terrible and even worse is trying to organize your files in any way. When trying to sort from general uploads you cannot multi- select and move within the app. On desktop it’s very very slow and the multi select feature is atrocious. Lord forbid an image accidentally opens, all selected field are no longer selected and the interface is finnicky to select multiple. I pay $11/ month and it’s total trash besides having somewhere to store your files.

The very Worst

Excellent714

Dropbox could not be a worse cloud service if they tried. You WILL you lose all your files if you try to move them - there’s no way to get them out of dropbox to a normal cloud service. it’s overpriced. they jacked up the price and added more storage space without asking. they renew it without asking it’s just a mess and I used it for 15 years and nothing but trouble. there is zero technical support although they claim there is they just don’t answer your questions. I’ve had nothing but trouble with Dropbox and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.A normal honest app would respond to a honest terrible review like this but not Dropbox they just don’t give a hoot I’m trapped with my files there and no way to get them back unless I have weeks and weeks and months to download them. I wouldn’t recommend Dropbox to my worst enemy.

To make this app closer to perfection...

MWDesigns

Please bring percentange values for uploading and downloading files next to the status bar and bring multi-select funcionalitity for moving and deleting files around the app.
