I can’t turn sound effects off anymore

Love this game but for whatever reason I can no longer mute the sound effects in the game. Not sure what to do. Can’t play the game while I’m listening to anything - I have to mute the whole phone! Please fix. Thank you. Sam. Sorry for the one star.

I love this game. Wish I could turn off all sounds. There is a setting to do that but it doesn’t work to mute as I expected it used to do. It is my favorite way to wind down after a busy day.

Since the Apple update in mid April 2018 the volume of the sound effects can not be turned off. I love this game and often play while listening to headphones but now can not because the effects are so loud. Please fix

There is a problem with muting sound effects. Its so annoying can’t play while listening to music. Please fix it.
Enjoyable but the sound...

Have owned the game for quite awhile and the latest enhancements were an improvement. The sound on/off feature is not working now. With it toggled off, it still makes noise requiring the device master sound to be off for silence.

I love Drop 7, but I can’t stand the sound effects. At least on my iPhone 7 the sound effects will not mute when I have headphones in. In the settings it says they’re turned off, but I can still hear them. Please fix this problem!
Sound stays on when headphones connected

I love this game and sometimes want to play while I’m listening to music. However, even when I turn off the music and sounds in the game, when I have headphones connected, the sounds are still there. The music is not, but it’s driving me nuts that I can’t get rid of the sound effects! Please advise?
