Why can’t I get rid of the sound?!?!

I have loved this game for quite some time. It’s a great for when you’re stuck waiting someplace and just trying to fidget with something. All of a sudden the ability to turn all of the sound off doesn’t work! Please fix it!

When you turn sound off. That means you shouldn’t be able to hear anything from the game. Please fix. Love this game hate the sounds.

I’ve been playing drop 7 for so many years. I love to play while listening to audio books but now I can’t hear the book because of the sound effects that don’t turn off even when set to “turn off”. This app is useless to me now that the sound effects won’t turn off. Please fix! ?

I love this game, I’m hopelessly addicted. I play it on the subway while I listen to podcasts. BUT since the most recent update, I’ve been unable to turn off the sound effects. The switch is toggled off, and I’ve tried deleting it and downloading again. I’ve tried hard rebooting my phone (iPhone 7). Nothing works. I cannot turn off the sound effects, so if I try to play while listening to a podcast, the sound effects overwhelm the audio. It’s annoying enough that I stopped playing the game altogether. If the devs can fix it I will change this to a five star review.

I have been playing this game since 2009 and never experiencing a bug this severe. Turning sound effects off doesn’t work when using Bluetooth headphones. I am not the only one who has experienced this. Please fix?

After a recent app update I can't reliably turn the sound effects off which makes the game unusable for me.

Please fix this bug! The sound effects won’t turn off if the phone’s volume is on. I love this game, but it’s nice to play with earphones, and I can’t.
