Love it! Great one!

Amazing!!!!!!!!!

Chris2246

This App is so totally amazing. it is a Kaleidoscope of color that can be put to music. You can use your own music that you have in your music app. There are more effects that you can purchase to add to it but believe me it is well worth it...I can't say enough about it. It's the most beautiful effect for music I have ever seen. It's mesmerizing....Awesome!!!,!,!,

MIC ONLY?

A GUY 111388831

I thought this was a cool idea that needed work at first. Then I realized that the animations I was seeing were for the mic, not my music through my headphones. I never listen to music without headphones. This doesn't do what I thought it would. Glad it was free for me...

Kaleidoscope still works great

Julie808

Whoops for the confusion my two reviews, I thought the first one (about not moving to the beat) would be updated to the second (that it actually works). So the story is: I thought it wasn't working but saw that it actually did. Lol my bad ___________________________________________________ Updated version: Initially got this free. No difference to the kaleidoscope in this new version but we can purchase additional colors/rotating items for something like 99¢ each or $1.99 for a four pack grrr ? --> Sorry peeps, I'm not going to purchase any of the additional colors/rotating items. Seems VERY costly for something we can't even screen shot (save) in addition to other wishes and issues per comments below: Music player control panel (OMG my bad again lol) The colored controls & panel that we CAN be hidden so I can watch the kaleidoscope turn. Have this app open while listening to Internet radio via TuneIn Radio (it's wonderful fyi) so really don't have any use for this app's integrated player/controls and can't comment on whether it works or how well it works but wish there were an option to hide it. Saving pics Still wishing we could save the kaleidoscope pics. Time/Battery life indicators Would like to be able to see the time and battery life while the app is running. I tend to only use this app when I know my battery life is *not* low. Don't want my iDevice to die without me knowing about it and don't want to have to keep getting out of the app to check the battery life or time so most of the time this app is *off* ? Still 4-stars In summary, still works great but just can't use it all the time.

Really beautiful app

I am having problems getting the app to work. It crashes on the 1st 3 tries. Finally it works & is very relaxing. Please fix the crash problem.

Great fun in a restaurant!

Thorough Review

I'm giving you guys five stars even though it crashes on my first-generation iPad. But it works great on my iPhone 4S, and it's a barrel of fun. The fact that it is microphone sensitive makes it ideal for setting on the table at a restaurant and watching the kaleidoscope vibrate to the ambient sounds in the room. I noticed that sometimes the image was full-screen, and other times it was simply a circle in the middle of the phone. Well, I figured out that one of the purchase options under the "mirrors" tab is to expand the mirror functions to be full screen in the same way the basic triangle is. It appears the image cycles through various combinations of mirrors and seed images every several seconds, so having the variety is nice. As for one of the feature requests I've read in the reviews, NO, don't put the time and battery level banner back on the screen! It's beautiful fullscreen as it is. Geez, charge your battery and wear a watch already. Here's what I would like to see: Could you add a camera pass through, so we would see a kaleidoscopic image of what the camera is viewing? Could you add an option for us to select the "seed" image from our photo gallery? Could you allow us to create a special playlist for the music option that would remain available to us even after we close and reopen the app? I noticed when there's a strong beat or loud noise, a bright circle pulses in the image. Could you enhance that by randomizing say, a starburst pattern, random circles or dots, short lines, or other effects? All in all this is a great release, and I'm looking forward to a bug fix for the original iPad soon. Hope this five star review along with others will encourage you to make this app even better.

Another scam application

Ice 9 (beta)

Requires in-app additional purchases. Save your money and go buy yourself a used stick of chewing gum, you'll be a happier person for it.

Wasteful

CB Sac

If you want to change settings, you have to pay for the additional options. Which is a bunch of crap since the ap itself isn't free.
