This most recent update logs you out of your account and when you do login again (manually with your hopefully saved credentials) it shows no data and will not update the data even when synced with Bluetooth. That and the fact that they never seem to add any useful features in new app updates makes me recommend that you never update this app. All you will get is grief. No new features, no support, and more problems. So why bother?

After providing all information (had to manually enter the serial number since the scan would not work even after permission) the app refuses to register - pressing the register button does nothing. If you press cancel then info provided in all previous screens is lost. Wasted time three times and no result. SAD.

This review is for the app only. It was great at first. Four weeks in it fails to recognize my login info. Password reset does not work and there is no support. I’ll update if it gets fixed.

Really wish this could integrate with Apple health..

Garbage app. Unstable and plagued with connectivity problems. Frustrating.

My serial number has 13 characters, but the app requires 14, so I’m not able to register and use the app. Scanning the serial number does not work.

I’ve had this app and corresponding CPAP machine for over three years now. Bluetooth for this app has never worked properly in all these years. You would think, Phillips, a German company, with high standards, would be able to fix these Bluetooth issues in so many years, but just can’t or won’t.

The app will not let me finish creating an account. Won’t accept my changes just keeps telling me my account has already been created but won’t let me go further. No email or phone number. Just stinks.

At the moment doesn’t seem to be recording time on the machine correctly. Can’t imagine why. I
