Played this game years back and came back to it and can't get on due to server error. Disappointed.

It has not worked since May. Why is it still on the App Store???????? Why does it have such a high rating still when all the last reviews since May are negative?? Shame on the App Store for not following up on this and to the shady developers!!!! You stink!!!!

The apps on all 3 games are down from May 31,2017it states server connection problem.Since you up & left without paying your server bill & lied to all of us I think you owe us a explanation.I have over 14,000 fish bucks left unused in this app only it's in the Seasons app.With that much unused I don't care if you can leave without notice & no refunds it's a fraud when you post statements about fixing & being live soon.The truth PLEASE?

I bought several fish bucks right before the game stopped working. It's been months now and the excuse is the same. I asked for a refund since I was not able to use the bucks and of course no reply. Don't bother with this one.

I played this game for 4 yrs. I started when it was Tapfish & Gameview owned it, & they were THE BEST when it came to customer support. Then when this newer company bought Tapfish & Tapfish Seasons from Gameview, they started changing everything & creating problems after problems after problems. They evidently don't know what the h*ll they're doing because they've caused the game to have so many problems, that it's not even playable anymore & now it sounds to me like they don't know how to fix them. They need to hire some people that know what they're doing & can fix the problems, instead of employing a bunch of people that CLEARLY DON'T know what they're doing & continue to create more problems EVERY TIME they try to fix one thing. They started changing it & every time they'd change one thing, they'd create 5 problems, so then they'd try to fix one of those problems & they'd create 5 more. Now, it sounds to me, like they've done that so many times, that now the game is an unplayable, useless, piece of sh*t. I went to download the app again last night & not only had it DISAPPEARED from my purchased apps from the Apple Store, which told me that I'd lost the THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS I'd spent on the game, when I downloaded it again, it also gave me a server connection error. I thought to myself, some things, really don't ever change. The last time I played it, was when they'd had an event & I won the event, after spending HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS on this ONE event. They advertised that the winner would receive a certain fish & I had EVERY SINGLE FISH from the entire 4 yrs that I'd played it. When I messaged this newer company, they never responded. So, I messaged them again & they never responded again. I did it again & still no response. So the last time I messaged them, I sent them an ugly message & they sent me an ugly message back. I never received the fish, nor any of the other prizes I was supposed to receive, so that's when I got fed up with their sh*t & said forget it & I deleted the app & never played it again, & I went to download it again last night, hoping that maybe, just maybe, I might have gotten lucky & my progress might still be on their servers, but when I saw the server error, I knew that every single one of those fish & every single one of those decorations that I'd spent thousands of dollars on, every single event that I'd spent hundreds of dollars on EACH one, every single tank (appoximately 100 tanks) that I'd worked my a*s off decorating, & I'm a perfectionist & very creative, so I may have worked on a tank for 2 hrs to make it look the way I wanted it to; EVERY SINGLE BIT OF THAT WAS GONE. I WOULDN'T give this company even 1 more penny of my money, even if somebody tried to force me to. This company SHOULDN'T even be allowed to operate. They're here in the US & it makes me want to report them to not only Apple, but even a Federal Agency for false advertisement, by telling me & the rest of the Dreamfish players that they'd receive certain items if they won this event, where they'd HAVE to spend hundreds of dollars on to win it, because there's no possible way to win without spending hundreds of dollars. I'm seriously considering reporting them. I still have the emails of our conversations. I know that it's not my place to tell people what to do, & I don't have the authority to tell people what to do, but I would HIGHLY advise people to not spend a dime on this game/app, or any other game/app that's owned by this company, because they do NOT NEED, NOR DESERVE to be in business with ANYBODY. If I could go back & do it all over again, I would've stopped playing when Gameview sold them the 2 apps (Tapfish & Tapfish Seasons). I'm 1 HIGHLY P*SSED OFF CUSTOMER. It was mandatory that I give this app at least a 1 star rating, in order to make this review go through, but as far as I'm concerned, this app & this company are useless & worthless & they deserve, not only a negative 1 trillion stars, they DESERVE to be shut down & not even be allowed to operate. I truly hope that Apple Inc, the other Dreamfish players, & anybody else that's associated with this company read this, in it's entirety & take my advice seriously. I'm warning you, if I were you, I wouldn't spend a dime on this company.

I can't even rate this app. And to think at one point everyday I would play this game then about two months ago I couldn't even log into the game. I have written to technical support several times only to get the same message over and over. That a customer support specialist will contact me and I am still waiting, I guess they haven't hired that person yet or they are still in training. This is so wrong because a lot of people have spent money at some point on this game and instead of telling the gamers what is going on we just get silence or a generic email with the same info every time.

I love dreamfish,but I updated my iPad now it won't open up. I hope you can fix this soon I have a lot on this game! That's why I rated it a 2 star. ????????????? I'm here again. I have put so much money in this game. It's not working anymore. Now that's a ripoff. (9/2/17) what a shame. Game don't work any more.???
